How long has it been since you’ve had a really good cauli cream cheese? Is there anything better?! Those soft florets of cauli with the punch of the Bechamel and the crunch of breadcrumbs scattered on top. Heaven! I refuse to see this as a side dish. It’s so good I could (and have!) eaten it as a meal by itself! For this recipe I’ve teamed it with some beautifully marinated lamb cutlets. Switch out the lamb for whatever protein you’ve got on hand.
