These days, life has slowed down and I’ve embraced the idea of making a simple, delicious dessert to finish the meal. This is an incredibly versatile tart, and once you’ve mastered the pastry you’ll find yourself whipping it up all the time! You can turn this tart into a crumble or a pie, and it goes beautifully with everything from ice cream to coconut cream, custard and yoghurt.
